    A gentle formula that strengthens the spleen and stomach, aids digestion, and improves absorption of nutrients from subsequent meals. Best enjoyed warm, this soup lays the foundation for better postpartum nourishment.

Ingredients

Lotus Seed, Chinese Yam, Euryale Seed, Poria

Cooking Method

  • Add choice of meat, 10 bowls of water, and Stomach Strengthening & Digestion soup into a pot.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 2 hours.
  • Season with salt to taste, as desired.

Storage

  • Keep in a cool and dry place or refrigerator that is free from excessive moisture. Do not store in direct sunlight or an area that’s exposed to heat.
