  • Vitality Boost Tonic Soup (秘制补方)
    Tonifies Qi and nourishes blood, strengthens the spleen and kidneys, vigorously replenishes Qi and blood, harmonizes the internal organs, and restores vital energy. A precious tonic for nourishment.

Ingredients

Goji Berries, Chinese Yam, Codonopsis Root, Astragalus, Dried Longan

Cooking Method

  • Place choice of meat (200g) and Vitality Boost Tonic soup into a pot.
  • Add 1 liter of water and bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  • Season with salt to taste before serving.

Storage

  • Keep in a cool and dry place or refrigerator that is free from excessive moisture. Do not store in direct sunlight or an area that’s exposed to heat.
